About Our Bags

All Paisley Pear bags are created with the highest quality materials by the best local seamstresses. All of our direct to customer bags are artfully designed and created one-by-one in our Berwyn, PA studio. Each bag is truly one-of-a-kind in its final assembly. We can custom create your perfect bag with the hundreds of various materials, trims, handles, sizes and styles we have to offer.

In addition to the use of new high end, high quality and durable fabrics, each Paisley Pear bag also includes:

• a magnetic or zippered closure
• feet to protect the bottom of the bag
• reinforced stitching at each handle point
• depending on the size, one, two or three welt style pockets
• a unique stiff interfacing that helps each bag stand up and keep its shape
• a protective Scotchgard coating

Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. Often we are creating your bag upon order. However, if you need your bag for a special occasion, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.

Care for your Paisley Pear Bag

Our bags are created to be strong and durable. A steam iron on medium - low heat will help re-shape your bag after continued hard use. Please make sure to cover your bag with a thin, clean cloth before you iron it to protect the fabric and the trims.

At the end of each season, or once every three to four months, spot clean your bag and apply a fresh coat of Scotchgard. Never put your bag in the washing machine. These simple steps will help keep your bag looking brand new for years to come.

Our Guarantee

All of our bags have a guarantee for one year from the purchase date of the bag for any repair needed beyond normal wear and tear.

Our Return/Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our business and the charitable contributions we often make based on sales, we cannot refund any purchases. However, we are happy to grant an exchange or credit within two weeks of purchase.
